The Triquetra of Flames brings together two powerful ancient ideas: the sacred knot and the transformative power of fire.

At its centre is the Triquetra, an interwoven threefold form with roots in Celtic and medieval symbolism. Its three interconnected points can be interpreted in many ways, mind, body and soul; past, present and future; birth, life and death, while the unbroken form represents unity and continuity.

In this Lightbody interpretation, the traditional Triquetra is transformed into three interwoven flames.

Fire has long represented far more than destruction. In alchemy it is the force of purification and transformation, applying heat until what is unnecessary falls away and something new emerges.

Together, the symbols create a talisman for becoming: three flames, one continuous form, continually moving toward greater unity.
