At Lightbody Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and deep meaning, destined for the one it calls home. We hope your new treasure resonates with you on every level. However, if something isn’t as it should be, we are here to guide you through the return process with ease.
Standard Return Policy
For our standard collections, if you find your item is faulty or not aligned with the description, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. We ask that the item remains in its original, unused condition, held safely in the packaging it arrived in.
Please note: Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), you are always protected. If a fault appears beyond the 7-day period or your piece doesn’t align with its intended purpose, we will work with you to ensure your journey with us remains positive. Your Lightbody treasure is meant to support and uplift you—should any issues arise, we are here to make it right.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Our Sacred Vessel and custom designs are created with the utmost care, imbued with personal energy and intention. As such, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the rare instance of a fault or if the design differs significantly from what was agreed upon.
Remember, these pieces are crafted just for you, and the energy within them is unique to your journey.
Please Note
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each creation is deeply connected to you, and we encourage mindful reflection before making your purchase to ensure your new treasure aligns with your soul.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and lovingly inspected, we’ll let you know the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please reach out to us right away at lightbodyjewellery@gmail.com, along with a description and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to replace or refund the piece, as appropriate. Shipping costs for returning faulty items will be covered by us, so you won’t be out of pocket.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewellery pieces
- Items that have been used or altered
- Sale or clearance items
Please know that this exclusion does not apply to faulty goods. If a piece reveals a flaw, we will honor your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for standard items if the replacement item is in stock. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.
