We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions on our website reflect the actual product as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items, slight variations in appearance may occur.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice, but this will not affect any orders already placed.

Custom Orders

For our bespoke pieces, such as the Sacred Vessel, custom consultations are required. Pricing for custom orders varies based on materials and complexity. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process. Full payment is due before the final product is shipped.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within New Zealand. Orders are shipped via tracked courier services, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. For more details, please refer to our full Shipping Policy.

Returns and Cancellations

We accept returns on standard items only if the product is faulty. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, refunds or returns are not available unless the product is faulty or significantly different from the agreed design.

Warranty and Repairs

Lightbody Jewellery offers a warranty on materials and workmanship for life from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to misuse. Repairs may be available upon request for a fee.
